The accommodation offers 3 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms, there is ample room for a cot in any of the double rooms, 3 of the 4 ½ bathrooms are ensuite , one ensuite room is located on the ground floor making the house ideal for guests with limited mobility.

The breakfast kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave, the laundry is next to kitchen and houses a washing machine, ironing board and an iron.

The beautiful beamed sitting/dining room has a large log burner, TV, CD and DVD player and plenty of furniture to stretch out and relax on, a media room is located on the first floor and has a comfy sofa for watching the TV, DVD, or video or listening to the CD player.

The garden has a large table and chairs and a barbeque, there is also a roomy play barn with a swing, table tennis table, basket ball net and fireplace, there is ample room in the grounds to play boules and badminton etc.

On your arrival you will find a bottle of wine, some bread and a bowl of fruit, all the beds will be made and changed each week of your stay, cot, high chair and adult size bikes are available to hire and logs can be bought.
